This 'terror bird' stands taller than the average human. Most scientists suggest it could reach up to 10 feet in height!

Kelenken is a relative of the Phorusrhacos. It is one of the 18 Phorusrhacidae, or terror birds, that have been discovered so far.

Kelenken has an odd claim to fame. With a skull measuring more than 2 feet, it has the largest head of any known bird.

The enormous beak of the Kelenken helps it to take down prey with powerful pecks.
