Creature Maker 3D
Being able to create a model of your creatures and hybrids with a tool like Spore Creature Creator where you click and drag parts onto your model (you can only click and drag parts of the creatures that your hybrid's made out of if you're making a hybrid). Also being able to change the color of your creature's model.
