Add Damage based Rally Heal and Health based Non-Rally Heal
Not all heals work the same in-game, abilities like:
- Dragon's Breath, On Escape Reversal, ect are Damage based Rally Heal
- Crushing Alert Showdown, Alert Showdown, ect are Health based Non-Rally Heal
Below is an example on how it could be implemented
