Spinosaurus and Spinosaurus Gen 2 both have nostrils that are located near the eye, just like a crocodile!

Some scientists speculate that Spinosaurus had a hump for storing water instead of a sail. InGen rejected this theory when they designed both the original and Gen 2.

Both Spinosaurs have a longer length and heavier weight than the T. rex, making them the biggest carnivorous dinosaurs in Jurassic World.

The first Spinosaurus fossils to be discovered were destroyed during WWII when the Munich museum was bombed. It took another 50 years before more Spinosaurus remains were excavated.
